Long ago, the persian civilization tried to attack Greece. The Spartans and Athenians, working alongside each other, brought the Persians to their knees. That is when the Spartans had a supposedly marvelous idea. Athens was the only polis that was equally powerful as they. A great war formed between the two city-states, but in the end, Sparta prevailed and became the powerful ruling people of Greece. Greece was, in summary, one big Spartan polis. There were Spartan citizens inhabiting every country of the city, while the former residents were made to be helots, or slaves. Now, thousands of years later, in 2010, descendants of helots are still badly treated and used as worthless servants made to work unreasonably hard. Just like in the old days, children are judged to either by strong or weak. Those who the soldiers claim to be weak will be either turned out onto the streets, put to work, or killed by their parents. The population of the helots is ever-growing. Talk of killing off the majority of the population is heard throughout the country. What has become of Greece?

I have a question dear leader. With this whole thing, will there be gods and such, as said in myths, or is this a completely realistic sense of RP? Must ask. If realistic, they still do worship the old gods though, correct?

Yep. There shall be gods--which will be us admins. I still need to make you one. As soon as I finish this little reply I shall. I figure now and then, we'll choose a character to receive a power. Like Rhea has 'the sight,' you know?
