- ...is the largest, most powerful polis in Greece, due to the fact that the people here rule all of Greece and have done so for thousands of years. It is located on the peninsula of Peloponnesus. Since this is where the Spartans who now live all over the country originated, this is where some of the more cruel, harsh ones live. They stick closely to the old ways.
Crete...
- ...is located southeast of the peninsula of Peloponnesus. It is a grand, hilly island and one of the few places visited by foreigners, due to its lack of population and the fact that it is surrounded by ocean. Water is the only thing you can see for miles when on that peaceful isle.
Rhodes...
- ...is a tiny island less than fifteen miles south of Asia Minor. Surprisingly, this place is inhabited by many people, and also plenty of animals. It's the least mountainous region and is often considered to have the best farming land.
Athens...
- ...is the second-largest and one of the most popular polises in Greece. It is located on the peninsula of Attica. Theater and literature are rooted here, and is another less mountainous region.
Thermopylae...
- ...a decent sized town, this is the place where the 300 Spartans defeated the Persian Empire, ushering in a new age and era for Greece. An era of domination. In the center of this town, they carved a statue of Leonidas to honor this.
Marathon...
- ...is just northeast of Athens and also well-populated, although mostly with Spartans, which is a shame, because this keeps many people outside of the country away from both this beautiful city and Athens, what with their close proximity.
Salamis...
- ...Salamis is another polis that is less popular with travelers, as it is another place filled with Spartans. It is located on the small land bridge connecting the Peloponnesian and Attican peninsulas.
Olympia...
- ...is located just north of Sparta, located on the Peloponnesian peninsula, and has a smaller population due to the hills and mountains surrounding it.
